Hello! My name is Tanveer and I enjoy creating things that live on the internet. My interest in web development started back in 2010 when I decided to try editing custom Wordpress themes — turns out hacking together a custom template taught me a lot about HTML & CSS! Fast-forward to today, and I’ve had the privilege of working at an airlines company, a huge corporation, and a start-up. My main focus these days is building accessible, inclusive products and digital experiences at Wunderkind for a variety of clients. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for Sitefinity website builds.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Conducted continuous improvement projects and implemented a sorting method that would utilize new queuing methods to save the FC $36,000+ annually.
Incorporated multiple safety procedures in order to minimize workplace incidents, which resulted in a Safety Leadership Index in the top 3rd percentile.
Facilitated the collaboration between all departments and AAs in order to hit daily targets, which resulted in top performance metrics compared to all other departments.
Deep dive into data and statistics (such as GEMBA and KPI) in order to uncover barriers to performance and implement solutions to ensure maximum efficiency.
Collaborated with other teams within the company to ensure that our software was integrated seamlessly with other systems and processes.
Team Leader @ Southwest Airlines

Worked, as project coordinator, on a Black Belt CI project, which would reduce average handling time of the call center. This project would save Southwest Customer Reservation Center 1.2 million dollars annually.
Worked on a Black Belt CI project to standardize the work process for Center Support Leaders. This would increase department productivity while also boosting company culture and morale.
As a subject matter expert in Sales Force applications (Customer 360), I was a mentor to up and coming leaders and peers within the Phoenix Reservation Center.
Incorporated a new award system that would utilize an overlooked sales metric and recognize top performers, this would boost sales by 20% annually and boost employee morale.

A screen recording App. This desktop app can detect displays and record a specific screen. This App also has controls to save the recorded video anywhere in the file system. This is one of my full stack project, utilizes Electron, Node, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It is cross platform desktop app
